Abstract
Metastrongyles, referred to Elaphostrongylus odocoilei Hobmaier and Hobmaier, 1934, were found in the subarachnoid space of Odocoileus virginianus borealis Miller from Algonquin Park, Ontario. These nematodes are described in detail and compared with the original description of E. odocoilei.
