Abstract
The paper is to show that the constant temperature level density formula is the direct consequence of the Boltzmann distribution which is especially good for the description of evaporation of nucleons, and is expected to work both for the high and the low excitation. For other compound nucleus phenomena other than nuclear evaporation, it would be considered as the mathematical equivalence of the Fermi gas model under higher excitation.
