Abstract
The results of a cw NMR investigation of 13C labelled methane molecules adsorbed in Linde (TM) type 13X and 5A zeolites are reported. The observed proton second moments of the adsorbed molecules at liquid helium temperatures are 9 × 10−8 T2. Absolute determinations of the proton susceptibility at temperatures near 2 K indicate that proton spin conversion occurs.
