Abstract
Labelled p-tyramine was isolated and identified in rat brain 15 min after an intraventricular injection of DL-3(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)alanine-2-14C. Chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques indicated that the dehydroxylation occurred at the meta position.
