Parameters of thermoelectric power of liquid metals of groups IIB, IIIB, and IV

Abstract

A pseudo-potential which is parabolic in r in the inner core region has been used to compute thermopower parameters of Zn, Cd, Hg, Al, In, Tl, and Pb directly through the derivatives of their electrical resistivities with respect to energy at the Fermi energy.The model presents improved results and numerical values are close to the experimental measurements.
