Abstract
The entire matrix which connects 'standard' to 'cubic normal' components of spherical tensors is defined. Numerical values of the matrix elements are given up to J = 15. The results may be used for proper or improper groups (SO(3), O(3) – O, Td, Oh) useful in atomic and molecular physics.
