Abstract
Corallobothrium parafimbriatum sp. n. and Corallotaenia minutia (Fritts, 1959) comb. n. are reported from the brown bullhead, Ictalurus nebuhsus, in Algonquin Park, Ontario; Corallobothrium fimbriatum, although reported previously, was not found. C. parafimbriatum is smaller, has fewer segments, testes, and uterine branches, and has a different egg than C. fimbriatum; secondary protonephridial pores are present on the former, but absent on the latter species. C. parafimbriatum is the same size as Corallotaenia minutia but differences in the vitelline columns, ovary, and eggs clearly distinguish the two. The genus Corallotaenia is amended. Since the paratype of Corallobothrium intermedium Fritts, 1959 has sphincters on two suckers, it is reassigned as Megathylacoides intermedium (Fritts, 1959) comb. n.
