Abstract
The morphology of four new species of Oedogonium studied in culture is described and illustrated. Two of the species, O. setigerum sp. nov. and O. ringens sp. nov., are gynandrosporous. The other two species, O. angustistomum sp. nov. and O. calliandrum sp. nov., are macrandrous and heterothallic. Sexual material of all four species was readily obtainable in the laboratory.
