Abstract
The method of coordinate rotation is used to study S-wave e+–H scattering near the H(n = 2) threshold. The rotated Weinberg – Van Winter equation is used to reduce the problem to the study of a coupled-channel integral equation with pseudo-local potentials. The existence, under certain restrictions, of an infinite sequence of resonances approaching the H (n = 2) threshold is established.
