Abstract
Liquid junction potentials were determined for fused salt concentration and galvanic cells. The results indicated that such potentials can be significant when concentration differences are large. For dilute solutions, the liquid junction potentials are within experimental uncertainty. Keywords: liquid junctions, thermodynamics, galvanic cells.
