Study of the coordinated system Pb(II) – neutral valine – valinate ion

Abstract

The polarographic method has been applied to the study of the mixed-coordinated system (Pb(II) – neutral valine – valinate ion, in aqueous medium, I = 1.0 mol L−1 (NaClO4) and 25 ± 0.1 °C. The stabilization of the following complexes: [Pb(HV)]2+10 = 9.7), [Pb(HV)2]2+20 = 28), [Pb(HV)(V)]+11 = 3.3 × 104), [Pb(V)]+01 = 3.7 × 104), and [Pb(V)2] (β02 = 2.8 × 107) was observed.
