Abstract
Milk was collected from nine dall sheep which were killed either in the Yukon or the Northwest Territories. The stage of lactation of the animals ranged from 10 days prepartum to 24 weeks postpartum. The gross composition and the fatty acid and the mineral constitution of the dall sheep milk were determined.
