Abstract
Twenty different chytridiomycetes were isolated from a small sphagnum bog in northern Michigan. Three of these are considered to be new, namely. Rhizophydium porosum n.sp., R. undulatum n.sp., and Phlyctochytrium incrustans n.sp. The identity of several are left in doubt, in particular one tentatively assigned to Catenaria sphaerocarpa.
