Abstract
The genus Conidiobolus is described and separated from Entomophthora by primary conidia and zygospore characters and ease of culturability. Based on the cluster analysis presented in part I of this series, 26 species are recognized. One additional species is recognized. For the 26 species separated in the cluster analysis, a key and list of synonyms are provided. Four unnamed isolates may represent additional species.
