8He nuclei amongst 'hammer tracks' in 1.8 GeV/c K−-meson interactions in nuclear emulsion

Abstract
Charges of 'hammer tracks' produced in the interaction of 1.8 GeV/c K−-meson in nuclear emulsion have been determined using the method of track width measurement. Approximately 14.0% of the hammer tracks are found to be due to 8He fragments.
