Abstract
Cyathus gracilis sp. nov. from the Philippine Islands is characterized by its slender brown fruit bodies in which the basal portion is long and narrow. External hairs are aggregated into sharp conical tufts. The peridiole tunica is absent or nearly so and the cortex is distinctly two-layered.
