Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution and the digital transformation trend demand that the workforce in enterprises continually enhance their capabilities and adaptability. The application of suitable learning models to improve human resources is essential. This article focuses on examining a new model, namely the “By Day Learning” continuous learning method developed by the author at the Viettel Academy and implemented for the workforce at Viettel Group. Through secondary data collection methods, this article identifies the theoretical basis for developing the By Day Learning method and assesses the current implementation of this method at Viettel Group from August 2021 to November 2023. Initial application results demonstrate that this digital technology method is suitable for organizations with a large and distributed workforce across multiple locations. It can be widely applied in Vietnamese enterprises, contributing to the establishment of a “learning organization” that maintains daily learning, creates opportunities for learning anytime and anywhere, and personalizes learning to enhance the self-learning ability of individuals within the organization.
