Abstract
HR Perspective - While oil and gas companies are scouring the world looking for energy and the means to produce and distribute these resources, internal human resources (HR) personnel of these companies are faced with their own challenges to discover and maintain the talent needed to cope with the increasing worldwide demand for energy.
