Abstract

Abstract With the growing global population, and thus the global energy needs, it is vital to move to a more environmentally friendly energy source. Because fossil fuel consumption is pushing global warming to dangerous new heights, there is a pressing need to investigate green energy alternatives. Green hydrogen energy is however one promising method for providing greener energy while preventing global warming. Green hydrogen is a hydrogen-based energy that is made by electrolyzing water alongside electricity supplied from low-carbon sources. This energy is expected to be a significant resource in the post-fossil fuel era owing to its special ability to support a climate-friendly future economy and it's presently gaining traction in a number of national and international climate policies. This research looks at the benefits and drawbacks of green hydrogen energy, which is at the heart of numerous possibilities for an optimization of energy society. Whereas many authorities and international organizations are investing heavily in research and development of a green hydrogen technology, there are still a slew of unanswered questions, including technological concerns, economic ramifications, and diplomatic repercussions. The hydrogen distribution network has a lot of phases, which means there are a lot of energy losses. In many nations, a low-carbon hydrogen economy offers exciting potential to combat climate change, improve energy independence, and grow local economy.
