Abstract
We report a universal, foundry-agnostic, broadband, and ultra low-loss platform for SOI waveguide bends using fully-parameterized, varying-width, hybrid-Euler geometry. We measure record R = 1.75 µm IL of 0.0055 dB/180

at 1550 nm.
