Raman scattering on two-soliton interaction in silica and chalcogenide (As2Se3) optical fibers

Abstract

We study and explore the two-soliton interaction in silica and chalcogenide (As2Se3) fibers. For this, we focus on two temporally separated solitons in a single-mode fiber, revealing significant modification of Kerr-induced interaction by interpulse Raman scattering.
