Abstract

A semi-linear phase conjugate mirror (SLPCM) consists of a photorefractive oscillator formed between an ordinary mirror and a phase conjugator (in our case this was Barium Titanate).1 The oscillator would normally be pumped by a single mode laser beam whereas the cavity oscillation generally occurs over many spatial modes.
