Abstract
The in-situ generation of perovskite nanocrystals within organic media using a femtosecond laser can greatly simplify the sample preparation process and save pulse energy. In this work, three perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs), CsPbCl3, CsPbBrxCl3−x, and CsCdxPb1−xBr3, were generated in situ within organic media using a femtosecond laser. These three perovskite nanocrystals emitted pure blue or blue-green fluorescence under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. It was also found that by controlling the laser pulse energy, the CsCdxPb1-xBr3 nanocrystals transitioned from green to blue-green fluorescence. Furthermore, we have successfully realized the patterning of these three perovskite nanocrystals in organic media.
