High Temperature Measurements and Predictions Using Fiber Bragg Gratings and Neural Networks

Abstract

Neural networks are utilized with FBGs in this paper to improve temperature prediction accuracy and speed. A minimum mean absolute error of 0.56°C is achieved in two rounds of 810°C furnace tests.
