Abstract

White-lighting lamp beam with an all-in-one TO-can-packaged RGB-LD chip is performed with an illuminance of >300 lux, a CRI of >80, and a CCT of 6500K for free-space-optical wireless 16-QAM DMT link at 38.4 Gbit/s.
