Visible Multi-Wavelength Combiner with High Extinction Ratio and Fast-response Optical Shutter using Silica-based Planar Lightwave Circuit

Abstract

We fabricated a visible multi-wavelength combiner with a high extinction ratio and fast response optical shutter using optical waveguide that has an extinction ratio over 60 dB and a response time of about 0.5 ms.
