Measurement of the spectral dependence of the amplitude and phase properties of laser line antireflection coatings using balanced low coherence interferometry

Abstract

We show how the use of a balanced low coherence interferometric scheme allows the ultra-low coefficient of reflection of a laser line antireflection coating to be ac-curately measured, together in amplitude and phase.
