Two Photon Adaptive Microscopy Using Walsh Mode Based Neural Network Aberration Estimation

Abstract

Existing adaptive optics methods correcting aberrations with complex high-order shapes are commonly inefficient. A neural network encapsulating the mathematics of Walsh mode lattices was proposed. Results suggested it had the potential to outperform conventional methods.
