Abstract
We report a quasi-continuously operating air waveguide, generated by
high-repetition-rate patterned filamentation of femtosecond laser
pulses. For repetition rates higher than the air thermal relaxation
rate, we demonstrate near-continuous guiding of a CW probe beam with
significantly improved efficiency.
