Extraction physiologically significant information of PPG signals

Abstract

We propose method to extract systolic cycle and closure of aortic valve using Photopletysmography, which is relevant for cardiac physiology. We show the correspondence of extracted information with electrocardiogram waves and pressure cardiac in PPG.
