Abstract
It is important to protect and document the cultural heritage artifacts, which are an important source of communication between the civilizations that lived in the past and the present and future generations. Destructions caused by natural and artificial causes in cultural heritages increase the importance of documentation and metric information. Thanks to the rapid developments in camera and artificial intelligence technology, mobile phone cameras can provide almost professional camera quality. Therefore, today, there are many photographs taken by tourists, photographers or researchers belonging to cultural heritage artifacts. Thanks to the photogrammetry method, 3D models can be produced from the photographs obtained and precise metric information can be obtained from the model. In this study, Ulucamii inscriptions, lion-bull reliefs and niches in Diyarbakır were modeled by Structure from Motion method using photographs obtained with mobile phones. As a result of the study, cultural heritage artifacts were documented. In addition, a drawing was made on the relief of a lion-bull. This shows the possibility of drawing surveys on 3D models obtained by the photogrammetric method.
