Improvements in surgical techniques especially the robot assisted surgeries and better radiation techniques have ensured a good quality of life with maintained oncological outcomes. Further to it development and better understanding the disease biology have ensured good outcomes even in high grade cancers. This comprehensive overview delves into the management of high-risk prostate cancer and oligometastatic prostate cancer, addressing their definitions, diagnostic workup, and treatment modalities. Essentially managing high-risk and oligometastatic prostate cancer requires a multidisciplinary approach, integrating surgery, radiation, and systemic therapies.
