Abstract
Although papillary serous cyst adenocarcinoma of the ovary is a common tumor, the incidence of ovarian-type papillary serous cyst adenocarcinoma in the testis is rare. Based on medical documents, there are only about 50 cases reported about testicular and paratesticular serous tumors.[1-3] Herein, we report a case of low-grade serous cyst adenocarcinoma of the testis that did unilateral orchiectomy and then came with retroperitoneal mass and lung metastasis. Chemotherapy was well tolerated, and now, after 1 year, he does not have any complaint.
