Abstract
ABSTRACT
Sarcoidosis is a chronic granulomatous disease that may affect multiple organs. The most commonly involved organs are the lungs. Cutaneous sarcoidosis can present without any systemic involvement in 20%–25% of cases. In our report, we present a case of a 52-year-old male who presented to the dermatology department with the complaint of erythematous papules on the dorsum of the right foot, tingling sensation and decreased sensation over the same site for 1 year. His laboratory reports were normal, and a diagnosis was made on histopathology. It is unusual to have erythematous papule with decrease sensation as a presenting complaint of sarcoidosis without any prominent respiratory or systemic symptoms, which resulted in the writing of this case report.
