Abstract:
The purpose of the case report was to highlight the various features of Goldenhar syndrome to aid in the diagnosis of this syndrome which has classic clinical features such as microtia, preauricular skin tags, micrognathia, facial asymmetry, midface deficiency, malocclusion of teeth with poor oral hygiene, and carious teeth. A 12-year-old female child reported to the department with a chief complaint of pain in the lower left back tooth region. There was no significant prenatal, postnatal, and medical history. Herein, we report a case of Goldenhar syndrome with hemifacial micrognathia and microtia along with intraoral involvement which was clinically and radiographically assessed and described full-mouth rehabilitation procedures.
