Abstract
Pulmonary nocardiosis is a potentially life-threatening condition that often affects immunocompromised patients. The presentation of this infection can vary, with symptoms ranging from cough, fever, and occasional scanty hemoptysis. It is extremely rare for pulmonary nocardiosis to present with massive hemoptysis. We present a case of massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary nocardiosis in a newly diagnosed diabetic. The management of massive hemoptysis required rigid bronchoscopy and glue instillation to control the hemoptysis, highlighting the importance of airway interventions in the management of nocardiosis.
