Abstract
Abstract
The most important organ and second- largest organ is the liver. The liver performs a wide range of tasks for maintaining health and homeostasis and also breaks down a variety of drugs. In addition, the liver is where a number of clotting components are synthesized. Several disorders, including hepatitis, jaundice, cirrhosis, hepatocellular cancer, and liver failure, can have an impact on the liver. Different liver illnesses might have a negative impact on oral health as well. The current paper provides a brief summary of oral symptoms and dental care issues in liver disease patients. It focuses on issues with infections, hemorrhagic episodes, and therapy using medications frequently used in dental surgery.
