2. The subarachnoid. injection of lipiodol, after the method of Sicard, may help in localizing pressure upon the cord structures through arrest or unusual figure secured. While this method of diagnosis has not been so favorably received and is not at present so generally employed in America as in Europe, it would seem the underlying principal offers sufficient accuracy in diagnosing this obscure lesion to justify further careful experimental investigation.

3. Cases with enuresis as the single symptom have, because of no urological or roentgenological examination having been made, not been included in our personal cases. These will form the basis of a subsequent report.
