Abstract
Culture is a difficult concept to pin down. Everyone instinctively feels they know what it is – or will know it when they see it. But when the very existence of your organisation could depend on creating and nurturing a ‘security culture’, and getting it right, then it would be useful to have a more concrete understanding of what the term means.
