Abstract
This chapter aims to provide a comprehensive guide to optimizing nutrition for the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal disorder affecting reproductive-aged women that are associated with various metabolic and reproductive complications. It explores the critical role of nutrition in PCOS management, focusing on evidence-based dietary strategies to alleviate symptoms, promote hormonal balance, and enhance overall health outcomes.
