Methodology for analyzing the differentiation of organizations depending on the indicators of the achieved level of sustainable development

Abstract

Введение. Интерес для целей нашего исследования вызывает деятельность сельскохозяйственных организаций, которые на протяжении нескольких последних лет испытывают на себе влияние экономических санкций и контрсанкций, но, несмотря на это, не прекращают развиваться. Обретение устойчивого развития сельхозпроизводителями является залогом обеспечения высоких конкурентных позиций и успешного роста всего агропромышленного комплекса (АПК). Материалы и методы. Разработанная авторская методика определения уровня устойчивого развития хозяйствующего субъекта на основе интегрального критерия представляет собой новый инструмент анализа, а также стратегического управления в современных условиях. Результаты исследования. Предлагаемая методика оценки уровня устойчивости экономических субъектов с формированием класса предприятия позволяет определять с высокой долей вероятности тенденции их развития, а также возможности для контрагентов осуществлять деятельность в партнерстве с указанными субъектами хозяйствования. Кроме того, данная методика будет полезна инвесторам как лицам, заинтересованным в развитии финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, при принятии решения об осуществлении инвестиций в его дальнейший рост, а также может использоваться различными государственными институтами в целях принятия решения об оказании государственной поддержки анализируемому предприятию и заключению с ним различных сделок. Обсуждение и заключения. В поле представленного исследования попали сельскохозяйственные предприятия Ростовской области, специализирующиеся на растениеводстве. В ходе практической реализации разработанной авторской методики определения уровня устойчивого развития организации на основе интегрального критерия были исследованы ключевые показатели растениеводческих предприятий Ростовской области, полученные на основе анализа их бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности за 2012– 2020 гг. Introduction. The activity of agricultural organizations, which have been experiencing economic sanctions and counter-sanctions for the last few years, but despite this they do not stop developing, is of interest for the purposes of our research. The acquisition of sustainable development by agricultural producers is the key to ensuring high competitive positions and successful development of the entire agro-industrial complex (AIC). Materials and methods. The developed author's methodology for determining the level of sustainable development of an economic entity, based on the integral criterion is a new tool for analysis, as well as strategic management in modern conditions. Results. The proposed methodology for assessing the level of sustainability of an economic entity with the formation of the class of enterprise allows to determine with a high degree of probability the tendencies of their development, as well as opportunities for counterparties to carry out activities in partnership with these economic entities. In addition, this methodology will be of significant importance for investors, as interested parties in the development of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, in order to make a decision to invest in their further development, as well as can be used by various state institutions in order to make a decision to provide state support to the analyzed enterprise and to conclude various transactions with it. Discussion and conclusions. The field of the presented research included agricultural enterprises of Rostov region, specializing in crop production. In the course of practical implementation of the developed author's methodology of the level of sustainable development of the organization, on the basis of the integral criterion were studied key indicators of crop enterprises of the Rostov region, obtained on the basis of the analysis of their accounting (financial) statements for 2012-2020.
