Abstract
The monograph is part of the world research on the youngest political region of Australia and Oceania. It explores the problems of regionalism in the South Pacific from a legal (formal, official and binding its members) perspective as well as from a factual one (often extra-judicial, which uses faster soft law methods, diplomacy and unofficial meetings of politicians). It also looks at the relations determining such processes.
