Abstract
A grand canonical Monte
Carlo simulation of the submonolayer adsorption of krypton onto the basal plane
of graphite has been executed. An adsorbed layer in registry with the substrate
could not be maintained during any simulation run but some correlation between
the adsorbate and adsorbent structure was observed.
