Abstract
The white complexes of silver(1), AgX tmb, where X is Cl, Br, and
I, and Ag tmb2 X, where X is NO3
and ClO4, have been obtained but
characterization of them was limited by their low solubility. Oxidation to the
silver(11) state was carried out with ozone, but such complexes were unstable
and could not be isolated from solution.
