Abstract
The heats of mixing of carbon
tetrachloride with dioxan have been measured at 25�, 35�, and 45�. The negative
values of the heat of mixing and its positive temperature coefficient suggest a
strong specific attractive interaction between carbon tetrachloride and dioxan.
