Abstract
The following compounds have been prepared
and studied: the inner complexes [M picmer2],
[M2Cl2 picmer2],
and [Sn2I6 picmer2]
where H-picmer is 2-mercaptomethylpyridine
and M is divalent nickel, palladium, and platinum. The 2-thioemidopyridine(thiopic) complexes [Bi thiopic3][ClO4]3 and [Sn2I6
picmer2] and the salts [thiopic-H]2[BiX5],[thiopic-H][SbX4], and
[thiopic-H][AsX4]
(X = Cl, Br, I) as well as the 2-aminomethylpyridine (pic)
complexes [Os pic3][ClO4]3,
[Os pic2 pic-H]-
[ClO4]3, [Os pic (pic-H)2]Br2, and [SnI4
pic] are also described.
