Abstract

The technological revolution necessitates the handling of the relationship between law and technology in many fields. It is on the agenda that artificial intelligence affects and transforms the law. In this context, one of the leading questions is how the legal responsibility of artificial intelligence will be determined by the legal order. This question, which concerns the law of liability, needs to be examined in terms of the liability of the employer through the Islamic law, which is generally based on strict liability, and the Turkish law, which is based on the liability of fault as a rule. The subject of this study is the examination of the responsibility of the employer, one of the perfect liability cases, in terms of comparative law, in particular artificial intelligence. In this context, the possibilities that may come to the fore are that artificial intelligence employs people and works. Our study constitutes one of the foresighted studies on the law that should be done. In our work plan; First of all, the place of our subject in liability law will be determined, then the problem of artificial intelligence and personality will be addressed, and finally, evaluations on the main subject will be presented and the conclusions and evaluations will be explained.
