Abstract
This article is of an illustrative nature, and aim to shed some light in the currently popular debate: the dynamic development of artificial intelligence. On the one hand it can be very helpful for all humans, but used in the wrong way, and moreover without control, it can be very dangerous, which is why legal and ethical regulations are so very necessary. The same applies for launching the whole process of its technology control. ChatGPT serves as an illustration of the disruptive innovations presented in this article.
