Abstract
A methodology for shipment priority is shown which combines the information provided for several of these factors contained in a series of indicators of logistical nature, in the case of shipments from one warehouse to N retailers. By means of the use of AHP, the importance of a client is determined regarding another for the situation of one product with a periodic review replenishment policy. Besides, an operational methodology is shown for priority of goods dispatch in a dynamic environment.
