Abstract
This paper aims to illustrate the practice of utilizing organizational learning within one of the world's leading companies in the automotive industry to enhance its competitiveness. The objective of the paper is to provide detailed insights into the methods and fundamental mechanisms of knowledge transfer between the parent company and its subsidiaries, while examining both the obstacles and incentives for such knowledge transfer. Finally, this paper analyzes the concepts of knowledge and organizational learning, aiming to establish the relationship between theoretical concepts of organizational learning and practical, modern organizational solutions.
